Zastanawiam si powanie nad rozpoczciem treningw z trenerem personalnym i chciaabym pozna Wasze opinie. Nigdy wczeniej nie korzystaam z takiej formy wsparcia i troch si waham – nie wiem, czy to bdzie dla mnie odpowiednie, czy faktycznie przynosi efekty i czy warto inwestowa w takie zajcia, zwaszcza na pocztku przygody z aktywnoci fizyczn.
Mam za sob kilka podej do wicze na wasn rk, ale szybko traciam motywacj albo nie wiedziaam, czy wykonuj wiczenia poprawnie. Na siowni raczej nie mam odwagi pj sama, a due grupowe zajcia mnie stresuj.
