Hey guys, I’m torn between trying CBD and Delta-8. I want something that helps me relax but doesn’t completely knock me out or mess with my focus. Anyone here tried both and can explain how the effects actually compare in real-life use?
Yeah, I’ve used both and the feel is pretty different. CBD is more mellow, like a background calm, while Delta-8 gives you a noticeable buzz without being overwhelming.
