Hey friends, I’ve been going through a tough time emotionally and I’m looking into natural ways to reset and clear mental clutter. Some folks mentioned mushrooms can help. Has anyone tried them for this kind of thing?
Hey! I’ve used fly agaric in low doses during emotional rough patches and it really helped shift stuck energy.
