Every time I exchange crypto, I feel like I lose too much on fees. Where do you guys usually trade to minimize commissions but still keep the reliability of the service?

Fees are tricky, and sometimes they eat a big part of your funds. My advice: don’t focus only on the advertised rate, check the final payout. Different exchangers can have big differences. I try to compare options first, and usually I do this on https://www.trustchange.com/ , since it shows where the total fees are lower. It really helps avoid surprises, and I save money by not blindly choosing the first exchanger I see.
