Hello everyone! I’ve always wondered how much of an impact diet has on
skin wellness. I’ve heard that what we eat can really affect the health of our skin, so I’m curious if anyone has made significant changes to their diet and noticed improvements in their skin. What types of foods or supplements should I include (or avoid) for better skin health? I’m particularly interested in whether things like collagen, vitamin C, or omega-3s are as beneficial as they’re made out to be.
