I’m hoping to get some advice or recommendations from people who’ve battled with adult acne and come out the other side! I’m in my mid-30s and, frustratingly, have been struggling with breakouts that are worse than what I experienced as a teenager. It’s mostly concentrated on my jawline and chin – typical hormonal spots, according to every article I’ve read.
I’ve tried several over-the-counter products, from benzoyl peroxide washes to salicylic acid toners. Some helped a little, but nothing seems to be making a lasting difference. I’ve also noticed that my skin has become drier and more reactive over time, so I’m wary of going too harsh. That said, I really need something that works.
I live just outside Brandon, and I’m wondering if anyone local can recommend a good acne treatment Brandon-based? I’ve come across a few skin clinics in the area, but I’d love to hear personal experiences before booking anything.
