Domyślnie Why do people like to play online games?

New emotions and experiences can make life more interesting - video games provide players with the opportunity to constantly try something new. The industry has an endless variety of projects in a variety of genres, which leave behind equally different impressions. Sandbox games allow you to explore unknown worlds, MMORPGs are aimed at socialization and interaction with other people, dynamic action games, shooters and fighting games give you a chance to feel the rush of adrenaline that real life cannot always offer. Not to mention the fact that through games people can try on completely unusual roles from the real world - from gardeners and professional chefs to passport office workers, florists, bartenders, ghost hunters and so on.

Many video games (usually multiplayer games) often require good skill to win. On the battlefields of Valorant or Rainbow Six: Siege, players compete with each other in real time. The winner in a confrontation is determined by reaction speed, knowledge of the map and mechanics, accuracy, ability to improvise and general understanding of the game. Many gamers spend thousands of hours practicing because honing these skills is just as enjoyable as the actual gameplay. In addition, developers often reward the most productive players with all sorts of rewards: from rare cosmetic items to invitations to play in international tournaments where you can compete for a cash prize.
